A must for an Instant Pot. Fits perfectly. Made well.
My daughter lost the rack for her Instant Pot so I got this for her as a replacement & she's really happy I did because she's using the pot more and more. We cooked a 3 lb, boneless turkey breast in it for Thanksgiving (along with a ham in the oven) but with no rack, we used an apple slicer form as our rack. Hey, it worked and it did give us handles to lift the turkey breast up but this rack would have been wonderful to have then. The turkey breast was the most moist, delicious one I've ever had before so I'll always cook one in the Instant Pot from now one. We were astounded at the flavor & texture. The rack itself is made sturdily so I expect it'll get years of use and wear without needing replacement. Read more
