Beautiful, reverberating tones. All the tones on this tongue drum sound true to the note and sound exquisitely,& relaxingly, mezmerizing!!! It came very well packaged with all the accessories as promised. The over-the-shoulder carrying case itself, is of very good quality and sturdyness. This is such a high quality set. I will definitely be buying more of these drums as gifts, from this particular seller!! The only complaint that I have, even though, everything appears to be of top quality, the tip & ball of one of the drum sticks broke off within the first 5 minutes of playing it. The good thing was, is that I was able to just take the ball off of the broken tip, and put it back on the remainder of the broken stick, and keep playing. It just made one of the sticks about an inch shorter than the other one, so its not really a deal breaker for me. I just shrugged it off as probably just an unseen defect in the wood during the machine carving process. Trust me, EVERYTHING in this kit, from the 14" inch beautifully crafted tongue drum, the carry case, and all the accessories, are of very, very good quality!!! The tip of the stick breaking off, was just an unexpected anomally. I would still rate this particular tongue drum 10 stars if I could!!!! The drum arrived a day early - nice surprise! It also arrived used, white animal hair clinging to the sticky feet, silver numbers attached - crooked. When I tried to move them, they would no longer stick. Nice case, well made, dirty as if sitting on bare ground. Disappointed. Then again, it was on sale. The best part - the sound, oh the sound! That's why I chose THIS drum in the Key of D. One of my Great Danes came to listen as I played, it soothed him too. I was buying the drum - the sound. Be aware the 14" is heavy; it has a heavenly sound! This is a great drum and easily worth the price paid. It comes with a music book marked with notes and numbers, will work for most. Older eyes like mine may need to enlarge the pages or use a different music book. When buying music books for this drum look for books specifically written for the Key of D. Don't sit the drum on a pillow, it will absorb the sound. Don't remove the stopper on the bottom. Lots of information on YouTube about playing a tongue drum. Light and Life Changes. I bought four of these for teenagers for Christmas and they were big hit they are well made they came with a carrying case and a mallet and also some little finger mallets that you can play with your fingers. Their parents we're happy they weren't too loud and have a very Soothing Pleasant sound like you would imagine at a retreat with a sound bath. The color is very calming too.
