These are great for ballet, super soft and they don't run/tear easily. They are also a great weight for everyday wear. My daughter refuses to wear tights that feel like socks as she gets too hot, but these are a perfect mid-weight to provide some warmth as well as coverage as they are not too sheer. The tights themselves are pretty nice, however my daughter, this is her second pair and I am not sure what is happening but they keep ripping.. They are nice... Maybe it is the size, but I am not sure. They are pretty good. They are nice and soft and they are good or the price you pay. Washing, I wash them with normal clothes and they are pretty fine.
