The time came to move the recliner to the corner and set up the treadmill in the living room facing the TV. Treadmills aren’t designed to sit on a plush wool rug, and I want the rug to stay. So I purchased this mat to sit on the rug and provide a safe flat surface for the treadmill. It works perfectly. The treadmill is balanced and does not overheat against the wool. The mat is only a few inches wider than needed, and 18 inches longer than my treadmill so I folded 2 sections of mat under. You could cut the mat to fit with sturdy shears or box cutter, but why? Super easy set up. While it is not wide enough to hold my tablet, I love the bar feature. Can do everything to adjust the settings as you want. No bending down and hopping on, my friend has this type, and while it does comes with a controller, I would rather have buttons to push.
