It’s almost impossible to find genuine leather upper boots for under $50 but I lucked out. I was looking for a black Chelsea style boot in either a 9 or 9.5 in genuine leather. I looked for weeks then these popped up in my search. The 9.5 was $20 less expensive than the 9 and I took a chance and I’m happy I did. These are really nicely made, nice leather and stitching. A tad small for a 9.5 an a bit tricky to get on but they work great for me. The style is spot on urban chic. I wore them around the house to break in and they are comfortable. I would definitely recommend them. Especially if you could get them for under $50. Read more
I fall between an 8 and an 8.5. I bought the 8.5 and ended up returning them for a 9.5. They fit well. Otherwise the boot is fairly comfortable and looks nice! Read more
I wear a 9, sometimes 8.5, in boots. There was no 9 available in these and I was hesitant to order 8.5 based on reviews (saying too small, tight, and couldn’t slip their feet in). The 9.5 was on sale for half price so I ordered the 9.5 thinking it should fit. They’re a little big so I put inserts in them and now they’re just right. I can also take out the inserts and wear my thicker wool socks if it’s really cold. I had no problem whatsoever getting my feet in the shoes, they slip right in. I can see it being a problem for wide feet though. I didn’t notice any stiffness in the shaft like some people did, but I wear socks and my calves aren’t wide. Color: I got Camel Suede and it’s a lot lighter and redder than the display photo. The sole is lighter too. I actually prefer the color I received better than the photo. It says Camel Suede on the box. I love the look, heel height, and style, so I’m glad they work for me. Read more
1st I will say I ordered these boots last year in another color & love them so I decided to get another pair. They came quickly but they look worn like someone tried to clean them up. I was not informed they would be refurbished. They appear to be 2 slightly different colors, the left boot is lighter & has marks all over like they were scrubbed with a suede cleaning brush, there are also pieces of debris in the bottoms. The box has a small joke & the paper that comes inside box to wrap boots in is very crinkly. Pictures show this. I'm disappointed because I had planned on waring them tonight, also I didn't agree to buy refurbished boots. Size is perfect 7.5 wide, lose enough to ware thick socks & still comfy. I'm usually 7-7.5 but going up to wide was recommended & I'm happy I did. Unfortunately I will be returning & hoping they send me a New unworn pair. Read more
I like this brand as far as quality goes, but their shoes/boots always run small. I wasn't disappointed when I got these. Since I wear a size 10 it's not exactly possible so size up so I just hoped for the best. The quality was nice, and the details were quite lovely. They have a lug sole but it's not as exaggerated as many styles I've seen this season. I plan to wear these with everything, including dresses. I love the chelsea style as they're so much easier to put on. These are a nice price and are fairly comfortable....if you're on the fence do it! Read more
