Good for post-surgery.
I purchased this item because I was about to have surgery on my eyes and needed something I could safely use to heat the surrounding area without impeding my vision or putting pressure on my eyes. It's nice that you can wash the mask too (just make sure it's fully dried before plugging it back in). This worked really well for the intended purpose. The only thing I don't like is the Velcro since it gets caught in my hair, BUT that allows micro adjustments so that if you need slightly more or slightly less pressure, it's easy to manage. It makes my skin feel a bit weird, and my face does sweat a bit, but it helps with the pain. Read more

Best sinuses and headache remedy
When my sinuses or head feel congested, this is my first go-to device. It has lessened my need for Tylenol and/or Ibuprophen. I know when my sinuses are about to flare up as my nose and sinus cavities feel very cold. I put on my mask and soon all is warmed, my congested head clears (KEEP A BOX OF TISSUES HANDY), and a migraine is averted. The cord on this is long and disconnects in a couple of places, so I can move around and can disconnect easily to move around the house (i.e. go to the bathroom) without having to take the mask off. I keep this by my bedside every day. I highly recommend this. Read more
