It works great. I recently broke my wrist and the warmth to my wrist and thumb feel great after therapy. Different lheat levels is great. Super easy to set up and use, a long power cable, and easy-to-use and understand controls. Love it. My wrist says thank you. Read more
Pros: Warms up fast. Still works after 3 months use regularly. Cons: Hot spots. Targets Radius a lot more than Ulnar. Could be hotter in non hot spot areas. Things it could do better: I would give it a five star review if it got a little hotter, had no hot spots with even heat and applied even heat to Radius and Ulnar. Longer review: Works okay enough. Warms up fast enough. Clam shell design to fit different sizes. Due to clam shell design, most of the heat is directed to the Radial wrist side, as the Ulnar side is the clam shell opening. Would like it to have more even heat distribution as it definitely has hot spots. Hot spot seems to be Radial wrist where the strap is, and it can lightly burn your skin if there if not careful (not a bad burn, more akin to a sun burn). And it's not a burn like when you touch a hot pan out the oven with bare skin burn. Its more like, hmm this is a little to hot here and might hurt my skin if i leave it on much longer kind of burn. I suspect its just from the tightening strap tensioning from this spot and pulling the heating elements very close to the skin here. Because, if you have the strap lose it doesn't get as hot there. BUT, by doing the strap lose, it doesn't get as hot as I would like. I have a TFCC injury and was hoping this would be a good heating pad for that, but its design doesn't apply that much heat to the Ulnar side as the Radial side. You can however wear it backwards, and use it that way to apply more heat to the ulnar side. But you wouldn't be able to use your fingers as well if you do while wearing the pad. Such as typing on a keyboard. Even thought it is capable of burning skin in hot spots, I would prefer it was able to get hotter (provided they got rid of the hot spot design of course). As i find the non hot spot areas could use more heat. Read more
I bought this for my dad for Christmas. He had a wrist injury last summer, so his wrists are often in pain. He told me that this is by far the best thing for his wrist, and he even recommended it to a coworker of his! So it definitely gets five perfect stars for making my dad happy and giving him some much-needed pain relief. <3 Read more

I was afraid of what I would be expecting when I read the reviews after buying (shame on me). It came late, despite paying for overnight shipping. I didn't see any protective cloths in addition to the heat brace, so minus one star. When I tried it on at low, I felt nothing, then went to medium, felt something, but still not enough. I went to high and finally felt something, but the very corner of my wrists (thumb side) felt irritated. I think the fabric between the heat elements and the skin is too thin and needs to be thicker. Otherwise people will get burned when using this product. I grabbed myself a rag and wrapped it around my wrists before putting on the brace and tested it out again. i tried again on high heat and had very minimal issues (would feel small irritation if moving arm around with brace on). I did notice some tiny, very subtle, burn marks on both wrists (before adding protection rag). Not as bad as others, but shows the manufacturer hasn't tried to resolve the issue. Outside of that, the product does the job: warms the wrist, thumb area for pain relief. Plenty of cord length for those who need to be far away from outlet, very convenient. I will still use this for my thumb pain heat therapy, but i do hope that the manufacturer reviews the comments section and make an honest effort to improve their products quality of fabric. -1 for fabric quality -1 for late delivery for overnight shipping Read more
I bought this at the beginning of January and it seemed to work smoothly to help me alleviate pain after carpal tunnel surgery however it also has burned me and left marks on my hand even just using the low setting Read more
The inside of this is incredibly soft, I went with a large because I have a wrist brace, without it I'm sure small/medium would have been perfect. Medium is a perfect heat, hot is hot if ya need a real zapper. The controller is easy to use and you can set the time in 15 minute increments and it will shut off. Very happy with this and glad I bought it while I'm recovering from wrist surgery, needed this specifically for my thumb knuckle. I will be using this often. Read more
