Hands down the best liquid eyeliner
My favorite eyeliner! I have oily, slightly hooded eyelids and this is the only liner I've found that goes on ultra opaque, dries quickly and stays all day without smudging. The accent color is really pretty as a highlight, but I like the single color black of this brand just as much. It really is worth the price! Read more
