Nice without a strong smell
My PT and I think These seem to be a little more tension than that which is stated. Just know this going in. Not quite the “theraband” OG real deal. Saying that though, theraband really smells like latex whereas this product doesn’t have that smell so if you can deal with napping quite the right weight it might work really well for you Read more
Easy to use in multiple ways
Bought these for my elderly mom. She has a sore shoulder. It is hard for her to lift her arm but she wanted something that she could use to strengthen her arms and legs. These were perfect because she can control the tension by holding the band in different spots. Since each band is a different strength she can also control the tension by changing to another band. The only downside is the lowest band got a little deformed on the edges because it is so thin. Read more
