I have ordered the dark brown and used that for a year and now just ordered it in black! I can’t be without it! Love this product! Works well in covering up gray roots when you are inbetween coloring! The product lasts a very long time too! I had my dark brown a year now and still have a lot left so it sure goes a long ways! Buy this totally amazing product because it does what it says! I also use an eye liner brush and do my eye brows with this product! To get to the small hairs that frame your face and near the ears just use a small brush and dab it into the Style Edit bonding powder! It makes it so easy to cover up those gray hairs close to the face! I sleep with it in my hair and it doesn’t transfer to my pillowcase! It washes out with shampoo! i love this root cover! It's been a challenge to find a light red shade and this one is perfect. The coverage is very good, and the product is easy to apply. The applicator makes it easy to blend along the hairline, which is very helpful against my fair skin--other products left blotches. The powder looks natural and doesn't stand out at all. It covered well without the need to reapply for a day or two. Although there is not a lot of product in the container, a little goes a long way, and i only need it in the 2-3 weeks before i get my roots done so it ends up being a good value. I bought the medium brown. My hair is a medium to dark ash brown. This medium brown is a warm brown. It doesn’t match my hair color and I don’t know if the dark brown would either but perhaps it would’ve been a better choice. This makes my gray hair look like golden brown and doesn’t conceal gray completely. Not what I’m going for. I guess I’m now stuck with this. Not happy given how expensive it is. Read more
