Surprisingly Solid Chronograph for Under $50
This watch really impressed me for the price. It has a nice heft to it, and the materials feel much better than most sub-$50 watches I’ve handled. The chronograph is fully functional, which isn’t always guaranteed at this price point — everything starts, stops, and resets cleanly. It doesn’t track hours, but for timing up to an hour, it works perfectly and is more than enough for everyday use. Just a random side note, it is probably the slowest watch I've seen when resetting the chronograph, but I kind of like it. Most of the watches I have are instantaneous, and its kind of cool seeing it spin back to the 0 position. Cosmetically, the watch looks clean with no obvious defects or misalignments. Over a 48-hour period, I didn’t notice any time deviation at all, so accuracy seems very solid so far. A huge plus is that the watch comes with its own sizing tool, which I really appreciate. Not everyone has the tools lying around to resize a bracelet, so this is a great touch that more brands should include. Packaging is simple but effective. The box actually reminded me of a Cards Against Humanity box — plain black with white text — but it has plenty of padding inside and keeps the watch protected. Overall, this is a great watch at a fair price. It would make a perfect stocking stuffer or a gift for someone who wants a stylish watch they don’t have to worry about beating up.
