Suave Vanilla Suede Exfoliating Body Wash Scrub with Glycerin Vitamin E Sulfate-Free Hydrating Cleanser for Soft Smooth Skin

I picked up this 6 pack of Suave Vanilla Suede Exfoliating body scrub for myself and my family. We needed some exfoliating scrub that was more gentle for daily use that was a combo body wash. This fit that bill. The smell is really nice! Its not too sweet or overpowering to where a guy wouldn't want to use this. Its a very pleasant, clean smell with both masculine and feminine hints of in there. I know that may sound weird. But its a good smell for men and women. Both my husband and I have used this today, and it doesn't smell girly on him, and it doesn't smell like a guy's body wash on me. Its kinda cool! The name I think says it - Vanilla Suede. A little bit of both! It lathers up really nicely too, which I was glad for. Sometimes you don't get a great lather out of a dual wash. This one did pretty good and I'm happy with it! So is my hubby. We do use loofahs, so that helps with the lather in my opinion, plus I just prefer a loofah. It has a good but gentle exfoliation to it too. Its something gentle enough that I'm okay with my 10 year old using and something I'm good with using as a daily wash for myself too. I don't let our daughter use the harsher exfoliators yet, she doesn't need it. But I use them. With sugar and salt scrubs, you dont want to use that every day or twice a day if you take 2 showers. Thats not so good for the skin. I usually use my more coarse body scrub 2-3 times a week, just depends. You dont use the harsher ones daily because it strips away the moisture barrier of the skin. This exfoliation plus wash makes it easier on the skin while still doing a gentle sweep of exfoliating that top layer and it keeps the moisture barrier intact. I love it, and I really can't tell you how much I love the smell! This is also free of all the stuffs - parabens, sulfates, dyes, and phthalates. Its also cruelty free, so no animal testing, and its made with Vitamin E, which is great for the skin! Love it all! My husband and our youngest have really sensitive skin and my hubby had no problem with using this. I have not yet let our youngest use it, but I will tomorrow. She got her daddy's skin so I'm sure it will be fine for her too. Until this I had not found a body exfoliation + wash that I felt comfy using on our daughter, shes 10. This one I am okay with. Now, depending on how she does with it, this may be one I let her use 2-3 times a week, again, just depends. She doesn't need much exfoliation yet. I will update if there's any issues whatsoever with this but I don't see how in the world there would be. If there is no update, consider that to mean its totally fine and dandy. In this case, no news is good news! Overall, I absolutely recommend giving this Suave exfoliating scrub + body wash in Vanilla Suede scent a try! I don't think you'll be disappointed at all! They have found a scent that really works for everyone! My hubby never uses my body wash, he says its too scented, and he likes his typical guy scents. I let him smell this and he was like that smells good, what is it? When he found out it was an exfoliating scrub and a body wash together he was sold. And, he used it and loved it! I used it earlier this afternoon and loved it! Its the perfect daily exfoliant and you can't beat it being rolled up into a body wash that still lathers well! I'm sold. Totally sold. I absolutely suggest that, if youre looking for a gentle exfoliation all wrapped up into a daily body wash that is also very reasonably priced, this is your ticket! This is a particularly nice smelling body wash. It has a faintly fruity smell that is not really just vanilla. I find it conservative and mild, but pleasing. This is enough fragrance for bugs to be attracted to you, so don't use this while hiking, but do use this if you're a swimmer, if you are hiking, if you are exercising, if you sometimes do not smell good, for an office environment, etc. This lacks some of the chemicals, like sulfates, but it also has a moderate amount of scrubby particles. I have had problems with this causing facial breakouts, but haven't had that problem after using this for two weeks. This doesn't have the feel of facial scrub, but it does have some particles that 'scrub.' As a shampoo (I'm a man) this is great. As something to scrub dirt and leave me clean, I've also found this to be superior to most body washes - even those costing a lot more. It definitely cleans oils and dirts with a bit of scrubbing. As a facial wash I also think it's good enough unless this is a problem area for you. I didn't like it for a shaving cream (i use body wash for this sometimes). The bottles are conventional... same as all Suave bodywash I've used for years. It's easy to see the quantity and easy to get all the bodywash out. The box is thick and the material is well protected. The quantity for the price is an obvious, amazing value. All in all, this is a great option for most people to use, and to the extent I point out the limitations, that doesn't mean I don't use this every day, which I do. I started using this exfoliating body wash because I wanted something gentle enough for daily showers but still helpful for smoothing dry skin. The texture feels thick and lathers well in my hands without needing extra product. The exfoliating particles are fine and mild, so it cleans without feeling rough. This Suave product is a shower gel and body scrub with a vanilla and suede scent, enriched with glycerin and vitamin E. It's a sulfate-free, moisturizing cleanser for soft, smooth skin. It doesn't irritate if used correctly, as the first time I used it without a loofah, my skin got a little red from the exfoliating particles, and it also felt a bit dry. I had to use moisturizer after showering because my skin is very sensitive to some products. I tried it again, this time with a loofah, and it didn't cause any irritation or dryness. I like the vanilla scent, although it doesn't last very long on the skin. Since it's an exfoliant, I now use it once or twice a week, and I use other soaps for more sensitive areas and on the days I don't use the scrub. The pack contains 6 bottles, and it looks like it will last me all year, hopefully. It says it contains cocoa cream, but I don't really detect that scent, which I like.
