This blazer is absolutely adorable, but definitely not as long on the hips as the picture shows. It could be that I just have a really long torso, and so it came up much shorter on me, but overall I like the fit and the fabric feels decent. It does wrinkle really easy, though, so just be careful that once you wash it you're going to have to iron it and then when you're wearing it it's going to wrinkle up, too. I don't use the pockets, and the lining could have been a little bit nicer, but overall a cute little blazer to have to add to my daily work and church wear. Read more
I wasn’t sure about the shorter sleeves when I ordered this blazer, but I was pleasantly surprised once I tried it on. It has a nice look, feels comfortable, and seems well made. The blazer is fully lined, has two front pockets, and the medium (my usual size) fits me well. I get decent reach with my arms; though a back pleat would have made that last bit of stretch easier, but it isn’t overly restrictive. The style with the shorter, ruched sleeves works nicely for a relaxed office environment and also pairs well with jeans for a more casual look. According to the oddly oversized tag, it’s a poly-spandex blend with a satiny polyester lining and is labeled dry-clean only. Overall, it’s a comfortable, versatile piece that looks better than I expected and feels like a solid value for business casual wear. Read more
This is a lovely, versatile blazer. The fabric is soft and has a nice sheen to it, but is still very professional. It is made out of polyester, rayon and spandex. The blazer is ¾ sleeves. If you have read any of my other reviews, you will know how much I LOVE ¾ SLEEVES !! I really don’t like my cuffs getting in the way of what I am doing, and I am active, so my cuffs often end up filthy. Some people might consider this a 3-season blazer (Spring, Summer, Fall), but I would wear this all year round. I get hot easily, and the ¾ sleeves keep me cool even in the Winter (with the heat on so high in some places). It just looks like I have my sleeves pulled up. I imagine one’s opinion on that would depend on what one’s job is. The fit is nice. I am 5'7", weigh 180 lbs. I usually wear a size 18, though size up to a 20 in some brands. I have a pear-shaped body, narrow and straight on top down to wide, square hips. I wear a 42B/40C bra. I ordered an XL. There is a bit of a gap in the bust, though I am accustomed to that, being so small breasted. This blazer is very versatile. One could wear it with jeans & loafers for an afternoon of shopping or a girls night out, or one could dress it up with a pencil skirt & pumps and wear it to work. I ordered the gray color. The gray almost looks green. It is a very “green” shade of gray. I do not look particularly good in green. That is my one disappointment in the piece. I think I would look much better in the pink color. Read more
This jacket definitely looks much better in the advertised pictures than in reality. The fabric feels stiff and has a very synthetic, plastic-like feel to it. Not sure how else to describe it but it just does not hug your body the right way and does not feel very comfortable. I wear small in all clothing and ordered small in this jacket. It is more on a loose side than fitted. It looks a bit big on me and is not very flattering. I'm still generously giving it three stars because it is fairly well-made with nice lining and good, even stitching. I also enjoy the ruched 3/4 sleeves as they add a casual look to this blazer. Other people may like it but it's just not for me. Read more
My wife was looking for a versatile blazer she could throw on and wear to the office, and this was a great buy for her. It was comfortable, and it fit her great. She is usually a size 8, and the medium fit her perfectly. I would say the blazer runs true to size. The fabric was silky and looked very professional, while the cut of the blazer meant you could dress it up or down. She is pregnant and in her third trimester, and was still able to button the front button, so she is confident she will be able to button it up postpartum as well. Definitely gives ample room for different body types. There were pockets that were sewn shut on either size, which is a nice touch, demonstrating respect for their product. She loved that the blazer came in a large variety of colors as well. The sleeves have some rouching on the sides of the arms, which pulled up occasionally when she was wearing it, but other than that, it was a great wear. Read more
The blazer was a great purchase for me. I got it in black and I am so happy with it. The fabric is quality and the blazer is fully lined. It looks great buttoned or open, and the three-quarters ruched sleeves take it up a notch. It is versatile to wear with dresses, jeans or pants and comes in several colors. I ordered it in size small; I am 5’2” and 100 pounds and the fit is perfect for me. The price is fair for the style and quality of the item. Read more
Very nice garment. Good material. Good sewing. Good color. My wife liked it but it was too small. I suspect the sizing was not "US sizing." Processed return hoping to be able to swap for larger size since my wife liked it so much but Amazon did not give that option in the return process. Bottom line, order a size or two up. Read more
I got this blazer in a maroon shade. It's beautiful! The 3/4 sleeves make it feel less formal and stuffy, while still lending a professional look to an outfit. It can go casual or dressy. It's warm but not hot. And it's very comfortable. It fits true to size and has a quality feel to it. Definitely recommend without hesitation. Read more
