I take a good number of pills and supplements, so the smaller containers just do not work for me. These containers are a good, large size. They stay firmly closed, but are easy to open with a thumb (no long fingernails required). I have also had the type of pill containers that have day on one side and night on the other. I much prefer these separate containers. It is a lot easier to pick one up and dump the pills into my hand. I've tried different containers over the years and so far these are my favorite. Also, as others mentioned, it is nice to have the dark and light containers, making it easy to identify morning and night. Read more
If you are looking for a sturdy and LARGE pill case - this is it. I take a lot of vitamins and supplements daily and this is the first pill case I have found that is able to hold all of the ones I take - am and pm. In addition to its large capacity, it appears very well made. The case is sturdy and lids close tightly. I also like when I am filling the cases up each week, the lid tops open all the way up, stay wide open, and don’t flop down. This makes it easy to fill them. The light for am and dark for pm is another nice feature. Overall, perfect for my purpose. Read more
I was looking to replace my prior organizer which had two rows (night and day) in one unit. The amount of all the prescriptions I use has increased since I purchased the last one so the large size of the individual cells will accommodate my needs without having to cram in all the pills. These are two separate units. One for your day meds/vitamins (clear) and one for those you take at night. It will save me a few steps at the end of the day by having the night row by my bedside and the regular there still in the master bath. The last organizer I owned had a convenient back that opened up all the cells at one time, intending to be easy to fill the two rows all at one time. However, water from the bathroom sink counter top (which is inevitable at some time) seeped in through that back door and made a mush of some of my daily doses. These cells each have one sturdy tight opening/closure on the top of each day and appear to be very moisture-proof Very satisfied with my purchase.. Read more
PROS: o Large size for all the supplements that were overwhelming my old pill box. See photo for comparison size. o I am especially impressed by the way the lids stay open wide so that refilling the pill box is easy. My picture shows the old smaller box where I was always fighting the lids when filling. o The latches are very secure but not hard to open. CONS: o This size is larger than I need, so it's less convenient to carry in a small luggage compartment or purse. o I ran water over it with the lids closed: It's not waterproof, so don't drop your pill box in the pool! For the most part, these are great: sturdy, close securely, open easily but not too easily. However in less than 6 months, the day of week letters are breaking down and coming off in little pieces that cling to hands and contents. I'll find a way to re-label them, but I have a smaller, cheaper product with very durable day of week lettering. Read more

Very good pill organizers. I carry one on my frequent air travel. I've reached the age where I take a lot of supplements, and I don't want to interrupt that routine while away from home. Smaller pill boxes (like those for medicine) are too small, and the bulky organizers for senior citizens are too massive. This size is just right for up to a week trip for 8-15 mixed-size pills per day. Very easy to load, the compartments stay open when opened, stay closed when closed. I take mine in a carry-on suitcase without anything popping open. The two-pack is nice for sharing with a partner or if you actually are in the many-pills senior category and need to carry both. The only drawback is size-- it's still a pretty large commitment if you travel carry-on only. The only change I'd make would be making one of the center compartments be an interlock that could be detached (or a dual wall that could be sawed apart). Many of my trips are only 3-4 days; so it would be nice to able to take just half the organizer for those short trips. But overall the best pill organizer I could find here (and I've actually tried 4 or 5 others). Recommended if it fits in your luggage. Read more
