I like the style and design but the bottoms definitely fit me better than the top-the top seems a little on the larger side for me (which I do prefer to tighter but it just fits a little strange on top, even with the straps tightened). This tankini set is super nice. First I love that my chest is not hanging out. It is hard to find a top that looks nice while still covering. The flowers are so bright and the color is gorgeous. It's a challenge to buy swimsuits online. That aside, there are some construction issues with this one. The skirt is higher on one side of the rouche than the other. The opening is quite open and faces more to the front than shown on the model. The undershorts are visible. The top is not flattering on me at all. I'm 61, 5'4", 140 pounds. I ordered this tankini in a size 12, and overall it fits okay. I’m 5'8" and 160 lbs, normally wear a size 12 in pants and Large in tops, and this swimsuit does a good job of smoothing and controlling the tummy area without feeling restrictive. I was very pleased with this swimsuit when putting it on and immediately afterwards. The fit is great - might have been able to go down one size, but think this size 12 will work. I like that even though this suit hides many flaws, the fabric doesn't have that so tight like a girdle feel. The stretch is a little above a medium but not so much that you feel like a sausage. The length of the top is long enough to hide a bit of a belly. Length of skirt is modest. I love the color of the purple leaf - a bit more blue than purple. I like that the band around the bust also isn't so tight that it's hard to get the top over your head and your arms through. I think that this suit is the best one I've tried in quite a while.
