Great source of biotin
I really like the amount of biotin in each dose. There’s a thirty day supply in the bottle. They are small and dissolve quickly. My only complaint is the taste. The berry taste is not well done and leaves a bad aftertaste. I can deal with that though because of the other good qualities of being gmo free, soy free, and preservative free. Read more

I like that these are small tablets and not big capsules that are difficult to swallow. I didn't notice any bitter taste, but they don't stay in my mouth long enough. There's no weird smells either. The bottle comes sealed outside and also with a seal across the bottle opening when you take off the lid. Expiration date is stamped on the bottle.
