Genuinely great customer service and satisfaction
The lamp itself is great. The quality is as expected, the shelves are sturdy, and the height makes it perfect for a corner or hallway without looking out of place. Most of my review is about the customer service. When my order arrived, it was missing the lampshade, which I understand can happen. I reached out to the team, and they were incredibly accommodating. They immediately sent a replacement shade, but I accidentally gave them the wrong address and couldn’t receive it. The team was very kind and assured me they’d send another once it was back in stock. After a week, it was still unavailable, so instead, they sent me a completely new lamp. It wasn’t ideal to be missing the lampshade at first, but their understanding and willingness to go above and beyond left me really satisfied with the outcome. It's something I really appreciate.
