I was soooo disappointed I ordered a medium. I usually wear a small, but since it was a sweater type dress, I ordered a medium considering it may run small and I didn’t want it tight. It’s a beautiful Christmas sweater dress. * Except -The sleeves were like million miles long. They actually passed my hands. I'm fairly short-waisted, so this dress hit abov my waist. I don't have a copious front porch, so that actually suited me quite a bit. If you're larger busted or have a long torso, the lines of this dress may not suit your body shape. As it was, I wore it with bright holiday leggings and got tons of compliments. I definitely treated it more like a tunic than a dress, especially for work, as the skirt is a bit shorter than I'm comfortable wearing in a professional setting. The sleeves are a little odd--they're belled but come to a cuff and didn't blouse quite the way they were shown in the photo. I'm not sure even now if I like them, but that may not be a deal breaker. The yarn was super-soft and would have been comfy even if I hadn't worn a soft tee underneath. The knit did catch and pull fairly easily, but it was repairable with a crochet hook, so no big deal. All together, I'm happy with this new addition to my holiday wardrobe. However, some of the details might not add up to a perfect fit for you. Read more

I'm not sure how I feel about this dress, it puffs out at the hips and sits high so it really accents my hips. It's nice and thick material though, would keep you warm. The sleeves also puff out at the hand, I haven't seen that before except in little kid dresses. It sits above the knee so kind of modest as it doesn't show any cleavage. This sweater dress is so adorable!! Puffs at the ends of the sleeves are a little strange but the dress as a whole is so cute that it's easy to overlook and embrace the style. Material is soft and reasonably thick. Cable-knit is well made and the reindeer on the skirt are super cute!! Fit is slightly larger than expected, I think the size guide might need a slight adjustment in the measurements provided. Still very flattering dress for the holiday season!
