I wanted to replace my bedroom and hall lights with something more modern. These fixtures are pretty cheap. All mine are warehouse returns in perfect condition. Assembly was easy and all parts and a small wrench is included. Instructions for adding each fixture are okay, wiring instructions are lacking details, and nothing about mounting. I had to watch a few videos. Initial assembly took about 10 minutes, mounting was about 45 minutes since I had to remove the old light, wire up the new, and I ran into problems every time. If you are experienced then you can probably do this much faster. I bought the chrome lights and included pictures of my installation. It seems all customer pictures are the black model so I wanted to show something different. Am I the only person who bought chrome? I put 8W (60W equivalent) in mine and they are BRIGHT. Good quality, modern lights, very good price. Just don't rely on the instructions for anything other than assembly. They pretty much suck. Read more

This is a really, really nice light fixture. You can even make it look bigger by adjusting the bars. In fact, when the electrician put it up, he didn't know what the fixture was supposed to look like and shaped the bars so it looked really big. I was confused at first until we played around with the fixture (that was already installed). I have it in a really narrow space so the small design is perfect but if it were in a big room, I may place the bars in a different shape. Read more

I had contractors install it. So can’t say how hard it was to install. I love the look, and it’s plenty of light for my small foyer, small hallway, and small kitchen. I bought the LED dimmable 60w 4000k natural light bulbs. Photos make the light look darker than it actually is. It is wonderfully bright. Read more

I really like this fixture, but it was a total pain to install. Putting the parts together was fine, but the mounting bracket is exactly the same width as the electrical box and the studs are only long enough to work if it is totally flush with the ceiling. No overhang at all, so ANY difference, even the small medallion makes it not fit. Also, the studs for the base are also exactly in the same place as the screws to attach it to the box need to be. Every other fixture I've installed comes with a plate that is two pieces so you can adjust for this, but this is just one single piece. It's up, but I will not buy again. Read more
