We got this grass for our deck so our pup could go potty in a designated area and it has worked perfectly for our needs. It’s made well and it has holes throughout so it’s easy to hose down and clean up, which we do daily. It will start to smell if you aren’t consistent with the clean up. This is great for my dog who is small and old. We live in Phoenix and it's so convenient to have on my patio because it gets so hot here, and I don't have to take him out multiple times a day. I don't who likes it more? He or I? It's perfect, but you have to constantly clean the pee with water because it seeps through to the concrete and smells if it gets to absorbed in the concrete. I wasn't sure if my dogs would use this. They were both trained to go potty outside from day one. (They are 8yrs and 4yrs) I needed to move into a apartment and only have a small cement patio. Day one they just looked at it like "you've got to be kidding" and went potty on the cement but as soon as one of them peed on the pad first now they go on it everytime. Pretty easy to clean. I bought 2 so I could clean one and have it hanging out to dry and use the 2nd one. I bought large puppy pads (the ones with charcoal, on amazon) and put a couple underneath and just change them every few days to a week. Helps to keep cement drier as the pee just runs through. Also since I live in a apartment with no access to a faucet outside to house then off I bought a sink faucet adapter that you just screw on the sink inside and I bought a pocket hose (copper bullet) I think it was called that expands when you turn the water on. And we can use hot water and wash the pad out on the patio. WORKS GREAT. You just need to get a good spray cleaned to get the urine scent off. And make sure you clean it every few weeks. Currently renting a house in the city with no grass yard, and I want to protect owner's property and keep things very clean for us, them, and our small dog. I tried using a real grass mat, but those get so messy because my dog likes to dig in them, throwing the dirt and grass all over the porch. These work great, feel and look like real grass. I bought a tray and also put a few disposable pee pads underneath the grass mat, which isn't necessary, but I want to keep any urine stains or smell completely off the stone tile. I hose the grass mat off every few days and change it out every 3-4 months. These are very easy to set up and use and it helps to keep the area clean and sanitary. Read more

This was a reorder for me, and I am so disappointed in the quality for $77. Shipping and packaging were fantastic, as before. The first section of turf was 5+ stars, the second is barely a 3, more of a rug than a resilient surface. The first section of artificial turf was 1.5 inches thick, high quality, the blades of grass stood upright, exactly as pictured, plush and very durable. I got this to replace a really cheap grass pad that was thin and the grass would easily come off especially when my puppy would bite at it. I’m really glad to have come across this one. It’s so plush and amazing quality compared to the previous one I had. Whenever my puppy tried to bite the grass, none of it came off and she easily went to go potty on it.
