I use this mainly for coffee grounds after I make coffee in a Moka Pot or a French Press. It's sturdy, and the handle is comfortable to hold. The hole size is very fine. Love this stainless steel fine mesh sieve. Easy to hold and rinse my quinoa prior to cooking it. I might add that I make a single serving of quinoa so this probably isn't big enough for a family portion but it works perfectly the holes are not too big... just right. Great value for the money.
