These skullcaps or whatever you want to call them are perfect for any outdoor activity. I have that typical Mail balding pattern and I use it mostly in the pool or doing yardwork. It does great protection from the sun and seems to absorb the sweat when working in the yard.. You know what I mean, the stinging sweat that runs down into your eyes when your heart at work.. Great value for your money! It does have the adjustable fit feature for smaller or larger heads And it appears to be plenty thick to filter out those ultraviolet rays lol..
