This is my first time wearing pads again in 20 years. These hold up to my heavy flow, I can wear them for 3-4 hours during my heavy flow like an ultra tampon. I only leaked a small amount into my backup period panties on my heaviest night. I also like that they are thin and stay in place. I will definitely be ordering again. Read more

Feels buttery soft, but doesn’t stay stuck on panties!
I loved the feel of these buttery soft pads (would’ve given a 5 out of 5 for that), but unfortunately they literally fall off the panties if you aren’t careful during changes, and can curl up and move around on you while wearing which risks stains. I wanted these to work so bad for how great they felt, but they just don’t hold well. If they can fix the stick and it still be non-toxic, I’d be back on board. Other companies are making safer sticky parts that still hold. Could be a top product if that changes! Until then, will have to go with another brand sadly. Keep refining it, and I’ll be back. Lack of comfort and reliability
I tried Hempress feminine pads recently, and I wasn't happy with how they performed. The pads were uncomfortable and unreliable because they didn't stay in place. They also didn't provide enough absorption, so they aren't appropriate for a regular flow. Additionally, the sides had a tendency to pucker up, which caused discomfort all day. In general, I wouldn't advise using these pads on a daily basis. Read more
