I've ordered these several times. Do they help? I don't know. It's hard to say that eating fruits or vegetables dehydrated in a capsule is measurable on how I "feel". But I do know I don't eat enough F&V as they are so expensive, so I hope they are helping me nutritionally. What I don't like, is that whoever, or whatever counts them can't count. Product is always short in the bottles. I shouldn't need another 4 month supply until the end of the month, but 2 weeks early I am out, and I don't even take them every day as at least a couple times a month I forget (I buy the 360 ct size). So even though they are a fair price, I have never got the full count of what is supposed to be in the bottle and quite get what I am paying for. Read more
WOW! I really like these they have given me energy that I lost. They woke me up I highly recommend anyone to give them a try. They are expensive for us but I need that energy boost for sure. I like my fruit but vegetables are hard for me to take. I like salads but I am very picky with veggies. They have not upset my stomach so I know they digest great.
