Good Basic Espresso
I'm happy to have found this size! During law school, I bought Bustelo in small blocks to make my moka coffees. Its grind, interestingly enough, is fine enough that I can brew Turkish coffee in its own pot. I prefer my coffee straight up so I will make this daily in a moka pot or in my espresso maker. The flavor is familiar, I know how to accentuate the coffee's flavor--and I've already stored it in a number of smaller airtight containers to keep the quality well-maintained. I'm quite pleased.
