I am glad to be writing a review for this product which I have used a number of times in last couple of months I have had this product since I purchased it. It came beautifully packaged in a sleek compact outer cover. The darkish color tone was very appealing. As I opened the packaged, I found it exactly how the instructions in the user manual said. The charging socket is creatively placed at the bottom of the trimmer, nicely covered and protected. The charging was simple and the charge holds as long as the user-guide said. During the operation of the trimmer, it is practically noise-less. It steadily works at the location removing hair where the trimmer is pointed to e.g., ear, nose or eyebrow. It is not abrasive to the skin and the instructions are quite clear as to the best way to operate this. The cleaning and maintenance instructions are also quite clear and following those is not a problem at all. All in all, I am very satisfied with this multi-purpose hair trimmer from Suprent. The SURPENT nose trimmer worked out of the box but when it came time to charge it, it never worked again. We purchased this particular trimmer for the convenience of never having to change batteries, and that it claimed to be a quality product. We plugged the nose trimmer in for hours and still no power. It would not turn on after multiple tries. It definitely does not preform as advertised! This is a disappointing purchase! Who has $30. to throw away these days! UPDATE: I contacted the seller and was asked to provide my full name, personal address, and phone number for a replacement. I felt this was unsafe and contacted Amazon. They informed me that this is a third party seller and resolved my loss by giving me a promotional refund which covered some of the cost. …better than nothing and Amazon was very supportive.
