Here are some of the qualities that make the Suprus Electric Lighter a great buy. For lighting candles and incense sticks this electronic lighter beats butane powered options. First, some nuts and bolts facts that you may find helpful to know before making the decision to purchase. Overall the lighter is 10 and 4/16ths inches (26 cm) long. The flexible metal "neck" is 4 and 3/4 inches (11 cm) long, the width of the body is 3/4ths of an inch. (2 cm) You can bend the metal neck part in any direction to reach into awkward spaces. There is a standard USB C plug on the side to charge the built in Lithium Ion (Li-Ion) battery. My lighter came with a USB-A to USB-C cord so you can charge it. You're going to need a wall tap or use your one of your computer's USB outlets to plug the cord into for charging. My lighter arrived partially charged, so you can use it right out of the packaging. I was able to use it for a week really regularly before I had to charge it. The power button is located on the body of the lighter and it's really easy to use, slide the thumb switch up and push the power button and the current arcs across the contacts at the top of the lighter. You just place whatever you want to light into the electric current and light it. There is a clear digital display that tells you exactly what percent of the battery is left before and after you use it. The display window also cycles through colors that back light the control chip. Looks cool! Just a little tip, keeping the contacts between the bars on the flexible neck clean keeps your electric arc strong and hot. Overall, I really like this lighter and I think it's going to outlast several of the disposible lighters so in the long run I will be saving money too. Thanks for reading my review, I hope it helped you in your decision to buy oor not. Read more

This is the first electronic candle starter that I have purchased, so I wasn't sure I would like it. Much to my surprise, it came fully charged out of the box and works great. It came with a charging cable, which is nice too! I have used it several times now and it works great to light candles. I like the digital display, so I know how many times I can use it before the charge runs out. I would recommend this! Read more

The media could not be loaded. This is great to have to light candles, incense, or for a smoker. I like that it comes with a charger so no need to refuel or continue purchasing fuel. All you need to do is charge and use. I also like that it has an off switch and you have to press the button in order for it to work which is easy to use and a great function for safety being I have children. You can tell when it’s on and when it’s off because the lights come on when it’s on and are off when it is off. I also like that it comes with a strap to hang anywhere even on your wrist and that it is bendable to reach into candles and cakes with candles. I love that I am able to fit this in a bag and take on the go for events like birthdays or cookouts. The design is nice and sleek and a good quality design. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the battery does die fairly fast though the upside is it’s rechargeable regardless. Read more

works nicely on our gas range. The built in igniter doesn't always work (20 year old stove, lol). Keeps my fingers away from the flames, ignites burner every time. Read more

It came fully charged, which was a fantastic surprise. The flexible neck makes it easy to reach wicks that are in odd places. It’s super intuitive and easy to use. It uses a USB C charger which is awesome. The battery display is very helpful. The biggest con is that the battery dwindles super fast. It goes down about 1% for each second the lighter is lit. The flame is also very tiny, and it can be a little difficult to “catch” the wick of a candle. Read more
