Say goodbye to your old school lighters. I love these things and have them stuck all over my house. First, I feel like these are safe to keep around the house if you have kids. You have to know how to use it (slide the switch up, then press the button) and I believe the electric current would stop if you happened to touch it. I am in love with this lighter. It works great for all my candles. Simple and quick to use, and it looks nice enough to leave out by a candle unlike the usual lighters that I keep in my junk drawer.
