After looking at tons of other big name label makers and a little bit of time using a couple at various jobs, I was pretty disappointed by how much label was being wasted. This thing prints with some tiny margins by default which is awesome! It is super easy to use, lots of functions and capabilities right on the device but you get even more with the app! I really like the option to use pictures on my labels. Everything was super easy to get started with, no fiddling with connection settings, no account sign up, just fire it up and goooo! I have used this for dozens of different things, from labeling wires, labeling a breaker panel, labeling organizing containers. It prints faster then the one I bought at Walmart, is lighter and feels better in the hand, easy to find symbols & settings to customize the design. I have only used the wireless feature and app a couple times, it was nice because you can see how it will look before peinting, but I only printed basic labels and didn't need the customization options provided by the app. I also had a small issue where on of the corners kept hetting caught when printing, but I found where it was getting caught, removed a tiny piece of plastic that didn't look like it should be there (it was a small blob), and no more issues Overall, Excellent product. Just received my E11 + 4 tapes (all continuous rolls). Note: The (set 2) has 2rolls of continuous tape & 2 rolls of separate label tape. I am delighted using keyboard only. It's got more features and functions than Carter's has pills...size, vert or horiz, 1 or 2 lines, contrast, languages, symbols, 4 pages of definitions. (don't lose that book) I recommend keeping everything with the 2 spare tapes in the perfect cardboard box it came in, or order the storage bag to protect it. (3rd spare tape fits in back of E11 case - nice) The print is bold and beautiful. I was printing out of the box, but you'll want to glance at the instructions just to appreciate how smart this E11 is. USB charging is a hoot...no more batteries or A/C adapter. Just pick it up, press the on button, type, print, cut. The tape backing comes off real easy. Perfect! Read more

Very easy to hold and use. The lables are easy to make, adjust, print and read. I use them on the plastic hangers that I attach to the ziplock bags I store my embroidery floss in for easy recognition. They stick nicely, even when I have to peel it off to adjust its position. The size of the letters and the length of the lable are customizable. I have dropped it and it still works great. Read more
