I bought this surge protector after getting a new couch set with a recliner that needed power, but I didn’t have an outlet nearby. The 10 ft cord solved that problem perfectly. It’s sturdy, easy to hide, and gives me plenty of outlets plus USB and USB-C ports for extra charging. The flat plug and surge protection make it even better. Have an older house. The bedroom has only two outlets and, of course they're not on the wall that I have the bed on. I needed something behind each nightstand. These work perfectly. I got a 10' and 20'. I mounted them on the wall and ran the cord along the baseboard, above the shoe. The cord is great. It's flat and flexible.
