I ordered these Susclude Mens Baggy Linen Pants for my son to wear on a cruise to wear to the restaurants that do not allow jeans or shorts. These are PERFECT for this purpose and there are many things he liked about the casual slacks. My son hates to dress up or even wear jeans for that matter. He likes to wear athletic pants or shirts 24/7. The greatest thing for him with these pants is the comfort! They have a draw string waist so you do not have to worry with a belt. Another favorite quality for him with these pants, was the loose fit! Not constricting at all in the thigh area of anywhere, he said they are extremely comfortable. We ordered the light beige color, a great neutral and looks great paired with a white summer top at beach destinations and for photos. Last, he liked the ovearall look of the pant, the fit and that the pants were not "hot". They are a very breathable pant, perfect for hot weather. These pants are quite comfy and well-made. The material feels sturdy and the design provides plenty of breathing room for the legs, so if you’re a fan of loose clothing but want to look semi-casual these are a great option. The waist hugs well and is adjustable. The length was a few cm long for my size but I am a 5’5” shorty; just worth noting because excess length usually means the heel of these kinds of pants will get caught under your shoes. I’ve had no issues with putting these in the washer, and was impressed at how wrinkle-resistant they are. I wouldn’t wear these at the gym or at an award ceremony, but these fit great for lots of in-between scenarios like a trip to friend’s, a restaurant, or a casual and/or semi-formal dress-coded workplace. Let me start off by saying I know these are supposed to be baggy, but I am 5’5”even with the tallest hiking boots I had on, I was still walking on roughly 6 inches of extra material. So I had them hymned to still have enough bags per se at the bottom to look right. Now I will say that these are extremely comfortable to wear and lightweight. The pockets are deep enough to carry a 4 inch pocket knife or a pen right with. Although I can’t figure out why they put a drawstring in when the waistband has an elastic strap inside. The good thing about having the elastic inside the waistband is that it flows over my edc holster without issues. For anyone looking for a pair of linen pants I’d recommend these. Just be wary if you’re short you may have to have them hemmed. Read more
These pants are well made and nice looking. They did have some creasing, so they need to be hung immediately after drying. The wide leg at the bottom is a different look, but works well for a young man. I had both my son and husband try them on. My husband is 6' and the leg was just long enough for him to wear. My son is 5'9" and even though the pants were on the long side, I actually thought the wide leg looked better with the slight crease over the shoe and the more baggy look....and with his shoes on they were not too long. With his shoes off, they were hitting the ground. I would not get these unless you want to hem them if you are shorter than my son. If you are taller than my husband, you might find them too short. As far as fit in the waist, both of them found the pants to be comfortable, and they liked the pleating. My son really liked the drawstring on the waist because he hates wearing a belt. I thought the pants looked really nice and would be useful for nice events, but they are versatile enough that they can be used as a casual pair as well. They would work well for a vacation. They are not too thin, but still lightweight. We got the black so they look a little more formal than maybe some of the lighter colors might. Overall they are a solid fashion choice since baggy pants appear to be a new trend. Read more
