I purchased this item because it was the least expensive set of suspenders because I wanted to see if suspenders would work for me. They did and I now I will get a more substantial pair, since they are for work clothes. For the price, these seem to be well made, the clips hold well and won't damage pants. Keep in mind these have only one clip in the back so center align if you have belt loops. Despite being narrow they did not cut into my shoulders, but the metal tighteners can cut into your collar bond a bit (just adjust them). These are elastic, so to avoid getting smacked in the face, clip on BEFORE you put your pants on and then adjust as needed. For the price, these are a good purchase for every day ware. Read more

For the price, this was a good buy. I bought these when I was wasted, but I have come to love them. I wear them under my clothes to keep my leggings up every single day. After only a few months, the clips show wear on the body facing side, but not the outer side. The back section (from the back clip to the split) is wavy from being stretched, so at this point I would not wear the suspenders on top of my clothes. If I paid more than $10 I would expect them to have aged better. The clamps have caused a little bit of roughage on my leggings, but they are soft leggings and this is only after something like 100 days of wear. Overall, I really like that my pants stay up all the time and sometimes people tell me that my ass looks great (because the suspenders keep the leggings high). Read more
