It charges via USB-C and can be plugged in directly, or you can attach the charger on top and connect your USB-C cable from the bottom, which is very convenient. Because of its slim design and protective covers, it doesn’t nick or scratch surfaces, making it safe to use in more sensitive spaces. Another great feature is how easy it is to use. A single press turns on the light, which is very practical. It also has a travel mode: when the device is off, you can hold the button for three seconds until it flashes, and this prevents it from being accidentally turned on in your bag. To re-enable it, you simply hold the button again for three seconds. This feature has been especially helpful for travel since it prevents the battery from draining unexpectedly. I have had 3 manscape lawn mowers over the years and to my recollection this is a rebranded version of the first one. It works great. Reasonably quiet, plenty powerful and a great price compared to others that get the same result. My only complaint is the attachment of the guards. Ill start with the fact that they work fine so its more of a gripe but they are hard to remove sometimes and getting the correct depth position isn't that easy. Another thing to note as well is that if you leave it on its charger it serves just fine as a bathroom night light. The power indicator is so bright that I actually removed my bathroom motion nightlight because this is plenty of light at night. Others have mentioned being cut but I only use with a guard so I cannot speak to that. Something else I'll keep my eye on is durability over time. As stated, this is yet another one of these and every time they have died due to the battery. My last one would say fully charged and then not work at all or would go full power long enough to do part of the job and then just quit. I put up with it on each one for a while but they all seem to go out this way. My advice. Buy the lower cost ones like this and feel good if you get over a year out of it. When it starts acting up... toss it and grab another cheap one. the $80 batteries die just like these. Read more
