This little case has traveled around the country and the world with me and it's PERFECT! Got this to hold my compound GLP-1s as I travel (I'm nomadic and recently spent six months on a round the world trip, so it really has been everywhere!). It's the perfect size to hold two-three small vials, a bunch of needles and wipes with specific little built-in pouches for each. Appreciate there are two sides--one for the needles/wipes and one that holds the two small ice packs, where I stick the vials. The ice packs stay cold forever--sometimes days if I keep it well insulated or stick the whole thing in a fridge. It's super durable and in perfect shape even after all this travel. Has protected the glass vials and needles from bending! Exactly like pictured. Good quality, zippers are smooth and seem like they will hold up. Has protected my glucometer and insulin pen with out damage. Perfect size to travel in my purse. Bought this for our trip out of the country and a 6 hr flight. Have actually used it for many weekend trips as well as just keeping in the fridge. The bulky box takes up sp much space, do I would put them in this case and it was great. The ICE pack holds temp for a long time. It was still fairly cold after the plane ride (8 ish hours after being out of the freezer). Highly recommend if you are taking refrigerated medications anywhere that travel is over 2 hours. Nifty design and holds my mounjaro pens perfectly. Would also work for Zepbound, Ozempic, Wegovy or any of those. Has room for alcohol pads, extra needles, etc. Read more

I used this on an 8 day trip with multiple flights going from US to Canada and back. The kit was able to hold 3 pens and multiple tips. I had to spread the tips into all 4 pockets to make it work, and I'm not sure I could use 4 pins AND both ice packs. The ice packs were laid flat in my freezer, but still had a slight ripple in them from expansion in a closed pack, making the case a little hard to close. The stitches were definitely strained after the pack was closed, with gaps showing between each stitch. The images on the purchase page definitely do not have the ice packs in when it's closed showing the close-up of the zipper and stitches. The zipper wasn't pulling, so no concern with it popping open in the middle. If there's a failure down the road, I think it will be the stitches. That and the fit with only 3 pens is where I removed 1 star. I didn't time how long the packs stayed cold, but after 2 days items were no warm. Since these pens can go room temp for anywhere from 10-30+ days, no problems that I could tell. There were zero problems going through airport security with this in my carry-on, either in US, leaving Canada, or re-entering US at a different airport than we left from. (The TSA site expressly states icepacks for medical supplies don't count towards the liquid count). If it lasts for a year or more with normal car travel (no additional air travel planned), I'll feel like I've gotten my money's worth. I would purchase again. Read more
