She unwrapped the box - then blissfully, and SPEEDILY - headed to the basement where the new Switch 2 and her bestie were waiting... Fast forward to TODAY - the word is basically "I loves it - it works great - THANKS - I can't believe you FOUND it..." I wish I had better/more useful details to share - but compatible with her system (the new for her birthday Switch 2) and a visibly HAPPY Teenager after getting an unexpectedly perfect gift from a typically ... more corny and quirky gift giving family member?! PRICELESS! Read more

I don’t have a lot to say about this one. It gets the job done and you can charge two sets on joycons at a time which is nice, though I only have one. My only complaints are that the cord that plugs into the dock is just kinda hanging out which I don’t love, and the top of the charging dock itself doesn’t sit flush with the Switch dock. I think that’s because the new joycons are just taller so they had to accommodate the size. Looks wise it is pretty clean and the charging indicators are visible from anywhere in the room. Read more

I’ve been using this fun, colorful charging dock for a bit now, and it’s become a staple in my gaming setup. It’s easy to use—just plug it in, dock your controllers—and it looks great. Here’s a closer look at how it performs: Build Quality & Design The dock has a cheerful and durable build, with a solid plastic body and bright, eye-catching color options. The default solid-green color scheme is bold and playful, though there’s no built-in option to change that color. Alternative color schemes are more visually appealing, since the colors constantly change, if you prefer variety. The dock holds up well, though it’s not heavy-duty—more about adding personality than ruggedness. Comfort & Usability Setup is straightforward—no battery inside, so charging happens instantly when it’s plugged into a power source. You simply seat up to four Switch 2 Joy-Cons, and they snap right in with no fuss. The fast charging works reliably, and it sits stable enough on a desk or gaming shelf. The magnetic hold on the Joy-Cons isn’t especially strong. On the plus side, you don’t need to press the release buttons to remove them—it’s easy in, easy out. Depending on your preference, that can feel either convenient or not secure enough. Pros • Easy plug-and-play operation; no internal battery needed • Bright, cheerful color options that make it stand out • Charges up to four Joy-Cons simultaneously • Stable, compact layout fits neatly into gaming setups • Joy-Cons pop in and out without needing release buttons Cons • Default color of green (solid color scheme) can feel limiting—no way to customize the solid color • Lacks internal battery, so it’s useless without a power source (but that helps keep it light) • Magnetic hold isn’t very strong, but this can be a pro, depending on your preference • Plastic build isn’t as premium-feeling or weighted as some alternatives Final Thoughts This 4-in-1 Joy-Con charging stand brings both function and personality to your Switch 2 setup. It’s quick, reliable, and playful—just make sure you’re okay with plugging it in every time since it doesn’t store charge itself. The lighter magnetic hold means easy access to your controllers, though it may not feel as secure if you’re expecting a tight lock. Overall, it’s a colorful and functional way to keep your Joy-Cons charged and ready. Read more

I really like this joycon charger. I like the way that it easily snaps onto the front of the dock which not only makes it look nice but also saves space. It's nice to have all my controllers fully charged at all times, and you are also able to see if the batteries are charged due to a charging indicator light (red when charging, and green when fully charged). This charger does come with a RGB strip that's wrapped around the edge with a few preprogramed settings. This isn't really my thing, honestly I find it a little distracting, but you are able to turn them off which is nice. Read more

Ran this dock during a crew gaming night — and it’s a plug-and-play win. Charges four Joy-Cons fast, with clear LED indicators and stable USB-C power. Compatible with Switch 2, OLED, and Lite — I tested all three. Compact footprint fits booth setups and travel kits. Great for outreach play zones, gifting bundles, or crew downtime kits. Read more

The JOYCON mounts on the front of the charging dock and has a short USB cord to connect it to the base which provides power to charge the JOYCONS. It has charging status lights which are nice but a bit too bright IMO. Also, it does have LED lighting around the front which is kind of cool. You can cycle between several options and also turn it off. The charger is easy to use with the controllers snapping into the charger for positive hold and are easily removed when needed. It seems to charge them in a relatively timely manner and is well built. Read more

It fits over the Dock for the S2 snugly. It's not as tight of a fit as some of the others, which take some force to get them on. Takes a bit to get it off but doesn't scratch. The charge port is on the side so that's nice. It's a typical orange on right blue on left, which I hate but that's typical so not a reason to take off a star. Magnet is strong enough to hold the joy cons. I had it off the S2 when I flipped it over to shake it to test magnet strength. It's a hair picky about exact alignment when putting a joy con on it, and since it wasn't on the S2 I didn't have to catch the joy con so a bit of attention should be paid when it's on the S2. Charged joy cons from 1/2 full to full in about an hour. Read more

Great solution for keeping your controllers charged. The joy cons connect easily and charge as they should. No issues with this item and it's a great price. Read more
