Tart Cherry Tablets
I was told that tart cherry tablets help with the pain of gout which I was just diagnosised as having. I find that they do relieve the pain in my wrist and in the joints at my toes. Read more
GOUT..
My husband uses these as well as a swig of tart is smart concentrate..also 3nb celery and tumeric w bioperine..and baking soda pills to control acid ( buy urine test strips)..and at any twinge of an attack coming on.. He has prety severe gout..started in 20s.. we eat mainly vegan whole foods..we juice..use sunwarrior protein shake..and have a cheat once a week and vaca holiday..he went off meds 3 years ago even though they said not possible.. Ive recently added b5 vitamin e and quercitin ( supposed to work like allopurinol) to shake in morning all from bulk supplements.. Lotsa water ..we use ancient minerals magnesium lotion and mag glycinate pills..NEVER SODA OR BEER!!! so far never had an attack he couldnt pin on a worse or extended cheat meal..like holidays.. usually our cheats are sm. amt of chicken or shrimp and some dairy so if too much of it or rich holiday stuff..even weight ( people meat makes uric acid too).. he might get an attack ( not right away..seems to be cumulative).. The baking soda pills has only been last few months..but stayin on top of urine acid and taking at any twinge has really helped! Read more
