This is better quality than I thought it'd be. It can act as a cute little cover up for a bathing suit or to layer on top of a plain skirt to dress it up like I did. I like that it isn't sewn together because I can tighten it or loosen it as I need which also means I can layer it on top of other skirts too. So at least you can be certain that it will fit well. The listing doesn't do a good job of advertising/styling this in the best way they could have, but hopefully you can get over the pants and see its potential. These skirts are absolutely adorable! It elevates my outfit to another level with just this! I usually wear this on top of my light blue jeans with a cute flare top or a fancy laced top and it looks fancy but casual at the same time. The quality of the lace is great for the price. Not too flimsy and not too thick. Also, order your usual size. I wore this out to my date a couple of times and my boyfriend loved it and called me cute all day.
