Perfect sized sweet potaoes. Best way to cook them is in the air fryer, 6 of them at 400º for 20 minutes, test for tenderness. I give 2 heaping tablespoons per day, cooked until tender, to my dog who has an anal gland problem, but have only had to go once to the vet to have that taken care of since feeding to her (for years now). They also make great gnocci, just serve with a little butter and you're all set. Read more

Accustomed to microwaving just one sweet potato per person, sometimes even splitting a large potato between two people, I was dismayed at how skinny the many potatoes in the bag were, thinking that I might not be able to use them. After letting them sit for a bit, I decided that it was either use them or discard them, choosing the former. I peeled them as if they were carrots, cubed them, tossed them with a small amount of olive oil and salt, and roasted them in a glass dish in the oven next to another dish containing a turkey breast roast. They were delicious when served to my guests, so I can't complain, and I suppose the unusual size may have been a seasonal one-off, but I probably won't order them again. Read more
Buy a couple bags now! Don’t keep from buying these cause they’re small. These sweet potatoes are the sweetest, most delicious I’ve had. I just rinsed them off then put all in a big pot with water. Brought to a boil, lowered to medium, added a lid and boiled for 25 minutes and they were done. The jackets just fall off easily using your hands when cooled a bit. There’s absolutely barely any waste. I will use these from now on. The price is good too. Read more

I’ve been cooking Thanksgiving meals for more years and I care to share and this year was a little smaller just one of my sons and myself and I saw the sweet sweet little sweet potatoes and they were this. They turned out to be the best I have ever eaten, and I’ve had some really good sweet potatoes in my life, but these were terrific. Kudos to your buyer.
