This is a good carry on, we used it for a 3 day trip to Vegas and I have no complaints! for the price I’m happy. (At the time it was $39) I can’t speak for heavy travelers since it didn’t go through many loops, we don’t hear travel too often if we do it’s for a couple days for reference. this is simple and just what we needed. The first was defective (the lock didn't work). Customer support was responsive, although the suggested solution didn't work, so I returned the original and bought another. The replacement worked as expected. Bottom line: great value for carry on, hard-sided luggage. I've used it only once, but expect that it will serve me well. My only criticism is that the interior zipper is difficult to close because it is recessed. Read more
