Works great!
I was very surprised how well this worked! I tried it on a clean floor and was shocked how dirty it still was! It was easy to assemble and it does hold a lot of water so steaming lasts a while. Its lightweight and easy to move around under chairs, or to get close to a baseboard. I was hesitant to order as this was a name brand I never heard of before, but it is well made and not a cheap plastic model . I would recommend this for sure. Read more

Do not buy this steam cleaner; it is totally ineffective!
My Shark steam cleaner broke (I had it for over four years) so when I was looking at steam cleaners on Amazon, I came across this one. It was roughly $30-$35 cheaper than a Shark cleaner so I thought, "it's less expensive...how different can steam cleaners be?" Well, I found out, quickly, after one use. I don't know if it's because of the pads that are provided with this one (as they are completely flat) or what the difference was, but after using it on my kitchen and bathroom floors and a hardwood hallway, I let it cool down so I could remove the cleaning pad (which was still totally attached to its base... it's not as if it wasn't staying in place thus lessening the cleaning capability). Imagine my surprise when I looked at that pad, which was almost all white, with a few aqua stripes, that it was barely dirty. Then I looked at my kitchen LVP floors and they were SO streaked...I used a microfiber (yellow) cloth on a few of my floor boards and that cloth was dirty after wiping my floor! I returned this piece of junk and paid the extra money to buy another Shark steam cleaner from Amazon (don't know why I didn't to start with... it's not like it was expensive ($65). Read more
Easy to use
I love it. It helps since we have a puppy at home. We steam our floors now once or every two weeks. It was very easy to use and takes up minimal space. The quality is very nice keeps floors clean. It is very light, not heavy. Seems very sturdy and durable. Read more
