The handle to me is not really heavy duty. I would say strong. It has a small push button to bend the duster up and down and put it in a lock position. If you can picture a teater totter that’s what the duster does. It does not bend like a “L” shape to clean the top of the fan blades. To reach high ceilings and a/c vents it works. I’m happy with it because I cleaned other areas that are hard to reach. I might mention it does extend and stays extended. Read more
