I'm 119 lbs and "older", slim build with a tummy. I am just getting into water sports and trying to find the correct fit. I took the advice offered recommending I order a medium, thinking it would be more comfortable in the waist. While the medium fit very nice when I tried it on, once it was wet and active in the lake it became clear that the panty liner was too big. I would have ordered a small to replace it but one was not available in that size and color. Overall, I thought the quality was great and just wished I had ordered a small before they were all sold.
