I love Swiss Activa products. I have 2 of their hula hoops and have dropped 131 pounds using that as my main source of exercise. While doing that I also use hand weights. So when they came out with the hand weights and the wrist and ankle weights better believe I jumped on the bandwagon and snatched them up. As always high-quality product, and very easy to use. The silicone has such an easy grip and nonslip in your fingers when using. I love the new contemporary design and shape. I only took a star off, because they are a little large for her hands, but my wife is very tiny, so most things are too big for her hands. My wife has been exercising more lately, because she has gotten it stuck in her head that she needs to work on her appearance. Not because of any other reason, but she looks at one of her friends, who is like 10 years younger, and has a more tone physique, and decided she needs to try to match her friend who is still in her mid to late 20's. So I am a good husband, and I am trying to help her out. I got these weights for her, so she can get a better result from her workouts. She has used them twice already, and she is saying she feels better from her workouts. Using these hand weights, she is able to expand what areas are targeted during the workouts. This way, she can make better use of the short time she works out in the morning before she goes to work. I'm glad she appreciated these weights, and hopefully, she'll see quicker results. These 2lb each dumbbells are cute and work great for those light weight work outs! I lift heavier in my trainings but these work great for other exercises that i can only handle lighter weight for. I like to use them for tricep kick backs, standing ab crunches, and weighted punches! They have grips on them which make it easy to hold onto.
