It works for phones great, unsure about Switch
I use this for a phone that needs a Type C charger. I know about switch chargers because we own a Switch and are always using the charging cord so we can charge our devices. It's nice to be able to sit from the couch and still have a phone charging all the way at an outlet not so close by. That's the simple reason we bought it, it functions as needed. I don't think it always says Fast Charging which I guess is expected for a knock off of a Nintendo charger but it's alright still does the job just not as fast. I don't think I've ever noticed it getting hot on the outlet but again I haven't noticed that yet. It's been going strong for just under a month now from daily use and 4 people sharing it. I think it's gonna last decently. Read more

Doesn't work
Edit: tried it at another outlet and it worked. Cable feels very thin. Connected it to the Nintendo Switch, it charged for less than an hour then died. I've tried connecting it to another Switch or the dock and it doesn't do anything. The Switchs and the dock work fine with another cable. The problem is this cable. Not worth it. Read more
Works great for our new-to-us Nintendo Switch Lite!
We needed a new charger for my son’s Switch Lite. This charger seems to be a great charger. I like that it’s an all-in-one (so no USB plug in), so we don’t have as many issues with cords or plugs disappearing. It charges quickly, and is your typical large charger size. I feel like the price point was good for the quality of the charger. Definitely recommend! Read more
