For some strange reason, the trash collector container is on the bottom of the cleaner so anytime you bump the cleaner into a rug. The trash collector opens, and all the trash falls out. It does not have a tight fitting. It does not have a latch that you would need to undo in order to release it. It just opens at the slightest bump. Useless and extremely frustrating. Read more

Works as described. Pick-up dust & particles from the floors, could be better! Fits well under my toe-kick spaces. I am editing my review. The power cord recently fell apart with the metal part remaining in the charger port. No accessories available in Amazon or sellers web site. I found a cord that works on it on Amazon and bought two. After the cord fell apart I thought that was why it was shutting off after 10-20 seconds. I got a full charge with the new cord and it still runs only 10-20 seconds. lol I can find no remedy for this sweeper I have had about 6 months. In fact, my purchase doesn’t even show up on Amazon under my previous orders. I am very sad because when it worked it was a nice and easy to clean sweeper. It says it works on carpet. It will pick up debris on carpet fairly well, but not pet hair hardly at all. I had rotator cuff surgery and really needed it to pickup dog hair on a very low pile area rug as I cannot use my vacuum right now. Doesn’t do the job. It picks up hair wonderfully on flat surfaces and is quick and easy to clean hair off comb. But dont expect it to clean on carpet. Read more

If your house has mostly hard floors, this is for you. It works extremely well on hard floors. It is very light and pivots on a dime and handles very easily. It charges fast and holds it for a long time. The write up says it will work on rugs but not really and only reason for 4 stars. It most definitely doesn’t work on carpets. Read more
