Stays in place.
I use the tape to mark off edges of step off points such as steps or edges of stages entrances especially where these are accessed in the dark. The tape stays in place and shines nicely in the dark. Read more

Good stuff for glow/reflectivity on our community theater stage and aisles. A bit difficult to peel the backing off at times though. No idea yet about residue removal, too early to tell. Decent value. Read more

Works just as it should
I bought this to use on the cat stairs by my bed - after falling over the stairs in the dark in the middle of the night. The tape works great. I put it on yesterday and it got a couple of hours of indirect sunlight. That was sufficient to keep it glowing all night long. The color is not the neon green of the pictures, but a lighter shade of green - still easily visible. I actually prefer the less neon color. The tape was easy to use. I didn't experience any problems peeling the paper backing off the tape as some reviewers have said. It peeled off clean after starting it with an exacto knife. The adhesive doesn't seem real strong, but it is sufficient to held it on carpeted steps. I lifted one strip to reposition it and it lifted off clean and still had enough adhesion to restick. Overall, just what I needed, sufficient adhesion, easy to use, and long-lasting glow. Read more
