Standard appliance bulb. I have been using this brand for many years. I use them in a tiny bathroom. Gives plenty light unless I am cleaning, then I turn on the main light. Read more
SYLVANIA 15W A15 Incandescent Light Bulbs are inexpensive and reliable for many years
I have been a strong proponent and user of LEDs and Lutron & Leviton switches and dimmers for a decade. There are 3 dozen LED bulbs and half a dozen LED capable dimmer switches in my house, but there are practical limits. Our 10 year old kitchen table chandelier uses 6 light bulbs and I have replaced only a half dozen bulbs since installing the chandelier. A15 40W dimmable LED light bulbs have a ways to go to achieve the reliability and unflickering light of these 65 lumen 15W A15 Incandescent light bulbs. Read more
