I wasn't sure about these but am absolutely loving them!!!! They are stable & lightweight enough to easily move around. My mat fits under them perfectly too. They are easy to assemble or take apart to store under the bed when not in use. I'm very happy with this purchase. Read more

I have bad wrists and issues with fine motor control in my hands. I cannot do normal pushups because of the pain. Using these for assisted dips, pushups, and "pullups" is a very decent workout - although the wrist pain is still there, its at least possible to get some sort of a workout where I am sore the next day. Highly recommend if you cannot do normal, full weight pushups, pullups or dips. Read more

After buying a different style dip bars from a local A c a d e m y and hating them, I ordered these. I'm honestly surprised how much we like them! They took NO TOOLS to assemble, took me less than 5 minutes to go from box to use! They are heavy, stable, and seem well made. It's easy to adjust the height and you can turn the feet sideways and stack flat against a wall for storage. I'm 5'6" 125 lbs female, my 5'10" 150lbs hubby also loves them. It's hard to find fitness equipment sized to suit smaller people like us, so these are keepers. They're also a good width to do body rows under a single bar, we were worried they'd be too narrow for that. They're perfect. However, if you're a really tall, wide-shouldered person, the body rows might be tight. Read more

I have 5 competitive swimmers and they need to do work on land (dryland) to help maintain and build muscle. We have several pieces of fitness equipment . . . weights, benches, bands, balance trainers, etc . . . and this is the best addition we have made in a long time. These are super easy to assemble. They are a great weight . . . enough that they are stable and can hold adult and teen weight, but not so much that you can't move them. Adjusting them is easy and not at all a hassle so switching between users or exercises doesn't take a lot of time. I am 5' 11" female and my children are as short as 4' and it is adjustable for all of us. There are a lot of exercises you can do . . . pullups, push ups . . . upper body and core work are easy with these. Some seem silly . . . like using them for footwork, but if you don't have a rope ladder or other marker these would work. Well made have gotten a lot of use and expect that they will last a long time. Read more

These bars are very stable for dips. However, if you use one of the bars to do inverted pull-ups, the bar becomes unstable and it easily bends at the weld joint. Also, the locking pins don't actually lock in place, as they are too small relative to the holes. Read more

These came nearly fully assembled, just needing the feet put in place with the pins. At only $90 I am really happy with how sturdy these dip bars are. I can see if I was in really good shape and was doing many fast dips that this might not stand up over time but for slower dips and static movements, this dip station is much more solid than I'll ever need. I like that the height is adjustable enough to allow my feet to be free off the ground or at a lower setting to do toe-assisted dips. I like that the bars don't take up a lot of room when stacked side by side. We are using them on a low carpeted floor but still find them stable enough for all dip movements. Using them for pull-ups they do seem a little unstable but we primarily ordered them for dips and they work well for that. Overall happy with the "Synergee Dip Bar. Adjustable Dip Station from 30” – 39” for Dips, Inverted Pull Ups. Max Capacity 400 lbs. Portable Dip Stand for Total Body Workout. Available in Yellow and Black.". For only $90 they are plenty solid and work well. Read more

I ordered these pull up bars for my daughter, as the ones that I use are a bit tall for her. She is 5’1” and these bars are the perfect size for her. She’s been over the moon with how much better these work compared to standard bars. They are sturdy and can support a lot of weight while remaining stable. Plus, the bars can be stored against the wall to save space when not in use. Overall, I highly recommend these pull up bars for anyone on the short side. My daughter has been using these every day in her home gym, and so far these have shown to be nothing but a quality product. Read more
