Probably one of my favorite things I've purchased on Amazon. -It's sturdy, solid material -it has flaps over the top to cover the sign (helps keep out moisture) -Very nice look vs the plastic signs I'm used to. Also, it's heavy and doesn't require the sand or tie down the plastic ones do. -The standard signs I bought on Vistaprint (I didn't love the quality of the Vistaprint signs - they are like paper) fit very nicely in the grooves. There's a plastic backing for thinner signs or you can remove it for signs that most print shops make (pay the extra for a print shop sign insert). The only negative is taking it in and out of the office (I do this daily). But honestly it's not a big deal. I love it and I would definitely buy another one - solid product. My favorite thing is probably the flexibility of the sign you can insert and the classier looking design. I just feel like the plastic is heavy and looks cheaper - I've used both. Read more

These a-frames were really great for the cost and matched the description. They seem sturdy enough for what I expected (occasional outdoor use for events) and are very attractive. The only thing preventing a five-star review is that the top of the a-frame flips up to allow the insert graphics to be slipped in. This makes loading and unloading a breeze, but also makes lifting it difficult to pick up--you can't pick it up from the top unlike almost all other types of a-frames and in fact may pinch your hand if you forget about this flaw and try! A handle would've solved this, but this A-frame does not have a handle. Read more

I purchased this sign for use at my neighborhood entrance to announce upcoming events and meetings that the HOA is having. It is very sturdy...not afraid it will blow over on a windy day. It is also weather resistant. I would definitely recommend to others and buy it again myself. When the dry erase sign was shipped it was well packaged so it received no damage. I'm very satisfied with these signs. They seem sturdy and well-made--no concerns about whether they'll hold up. They're heavy enough that they shouldn't blow over in a moderate wind, but not so much that they're hard to lift. They arrived assembled, which was great. I looked at a few other signs on Amazon but people complained that those were shipped unassembled, and putting them together was a pain. These signs also came with the corrugated plastic sign inserts, which many of the others do not. I do wish they had a handle to make them easier to lift and move around--but that's not at all a deal-breaker. Read more

I went all around town looking at what everyone was using, and hated them. Then ran across one of these.. store owner let me play with it and I was Hooked. This design looks like a picture frame and snaps open / closed so easily. You do need to READ the directions and remove the VERY thin clear film off of the White / Magnetic board. This is in addition to the heavier plastic provided as a cover for your sign's image (love it). Update: Have been using this for several months now and still like it a lot. Absolutely love the way the frame clips our inserts in. In fact just went to order another but it is out of stock (sigh..) We designed inserts to use under the plastic protective sheet that comes with it. There is some delamination of the white plastic from the backing (a mild soft steel) but nothing unexpected as it has been in very wet weather in the Pacific NW. I do wish the backing metal was thicker and a stronger grade of steel but it works great for our current needs. And it looks SO MUCH better than the big bulky all plastic ones. Update, we have purchased a 2nd one as an additional sign. Still very happy with them. You do need to occasionally clean out from the frame any road grime that Will accumulate, but it's as easy as taking out the signage, the transparent cover, flipping the edges open and taking a hose to it. We use a printing company here that has "PolyColor" sheets and prints in waterproof ink on them. Being in the Pacific NW, we get a lot of moisture / rain and regular inks may bleed and paper sucks up the water. With these materials we use, no problems at all in any weather conditions. Read more
