editing this and changing the stars to 5 - the company sent me a new handle and the device works amazingly well. Had no idea the first one was defective. Makes flossing go quickly and more effective, too. --- old: This was the 3rd time I've purchased this brand. This version (#3) with the long handle is horrible and unreliable. The string breaks often and the head pulls out from the handle often, as well. It's going in the trash. Waste of money. Read more

This are the best dental floss. The long handle lets you reach between my wisdom teeth, the floss heads are easy to place and remove. My hand strength prevents my using string floss, the floss on two inch sticks work but are difficult. I'll use these forever! Read more

I purchased the pack with 2 long handles and 2 boxes of double floss heads. Product works well and the floss retains tension. There were a few times where the head popped out of the flosser and the head remained in between the back teeth but once you understand the angle it needs to be used at, the issue is avoidable. The floss is also little finer than I'd like so it could be a little harsh on your gums if it slips between your teeth and slams into your gums (i like to use bite pressure to control the flosser force). it to be but hopefully they can solve that and the issue with the floss head popping out on the next version of this product. Over all this is a product that functions well with a few quirks and offers amazing value over the Listerine branded flosser product. Read more

My initial goal was finding a flosser to replace my old one that refills are too expensive. This far exceeds my expectations. #1) the flosser itself is well built with different options. I measured my old flosser and then chose the larger(adult) one. It fits well in the hand and feels strong. #2) the floss refills were the surprise when I tried them. They are double threaded, and super strong . I know I read that there were 2 strings when I was reading reviews but I thought it was just 2 threads thick. These are 2 separate threads with a little a space inbetween making them super strong. My teeth are very close together and I would break multiple floss refills from my previous product. The flossing results that I feel are wonderful. A Big positive for T.Smile!! Since I am the only one that uses my flosser and floss I can rinse it off and if strings are all intact I use it after my next meal-another bonus as I floss 3x daily. #3) cost. I will be saving. Will probably purchase another kit with both stick and the 100 floss refills(just to have a spare floss stick) after that just the refills. These refills are still a savings compared to my other product. I really don’t think people will regret this purchase 👍 Read more

I had the handle before and bought these as replacement flossing heads. I did not expect the handles to come with it so that was a bonus for me :-) With the two strings, I do feel that it works to floss my teeth even better than only the one string. After using, I rinse thoroughly so that I am able to use these heads multiple time before they have to be replaced. Because the handles are a little shorter than some, it makes it easier for me to control the head and actually get the flosser where it needs to be between my teeth but the handles are long enough to feel like I dont have to have my hand in my mouth. Latest Update: I ordered another full set to try and figure out how to get the single line flosser refills and discovered that the company failed to design new covers for the box with the new single line floss for the long handle flossers. Instead, they just changed the font and spelled T-Smile differently (see photos). I also found that the single line flossers are no stronger than the Listerine and the handle is harder to use. If you have wide gaps between your teeth, use the T-Smile (new spelling). Otherwise, the Listerine remains the best. The double line flossers are definitely stronger. Update: I was told that the single floss (Extra Strength, aqua color) refill heads fit the long handle. They do not. Can someone from the company clarify this? Original Review: I've been using these for about 6 months and will not purchase again. The design of the handle makes it harder to use than the Listerine flosser although it's easier than their shorter model. For close set teeth, the double floss design is hard to get between teeth and impossible on two of my gaps. I am using them all up but have to use both the T. Smile and Listerine flossers to clean all of my teeth. Read more
